I live near this bus stop for almost 12 years now and I don't have any complaints. This is one of the key bus stops in Sofia. With the correct transport you are one stop from Pliska and one more to Eagle bridge. There are transports that stop here that you could take wherever you want or need. It is usually clean but it's crowded often especially in peak hours in the morning and afternoon. That's a problem if you're in a big time rush ; ) but buses stop so often that you'll probably lose less than 10min. In two of three islands you can buy a ticket and in the middle one only you can charge your public transport card. The only problem I see in this bus stop is that there is no metro here but per the aforementioned Eagle bridge is just two stops away with almost every transport that stops here, which will add up to a maximum of 10 min. Also something that might be useful for a visitor from other city or country is that in all bus stops there are tables that show the directions of all public transport that stops here and a LED display with speakers that shows and tells when will arrive the next bus.

Not the best place to wait for a bus. Noisy boulevard ahead, no shade in the summer.
Has the essentials for a bus stop, cover from rain, a trash can but lacks a place to sit. If you want to rest your feet you will have you lean on the sidewalks and the underpass' stairs.
Why does Google keep asking me to rate busstops
Lots of busses go there. The hospital and The Mall are both \u003c5 minutes away. There are several small shops - nuts, kebabs, fruits and veggies...
Really bad place. Usually it is full of people as it is major point for the public transport. Full of gypsies and can be pickpocket there. There is only a small shelter during a rain or hard sun. But it is usually full of people, so there is definitely not enough space. I would suggest if you are waiting for a transport to stay outside of the crowd and just check from time to time on the dashboard with the arrival times when your bus will arrive.
One of the largest public transport stops on the boulevard, it has two parallel lines and buses going to citys surroundings. Check the bus schedule available in real time.
